I have always been reluctant to bring plants home, as I have a cat and I have very little light now. Frondly’s website and the detailed information they provide was just what I needed to bring the beautiful greenery back into my home. This is my third plant, and I couldn’t be happier. The Cinnamon tree is 5 1/2 feet tall, and heavy. The amazing delivery person lugged it up three flights of stairs with smile on her face! The plants are top notch and are suited to my particular environment, thanks to their detailed info. I know that if I ever have an issue with one of my plants, they will be there to help! My first (but certainly not last) shopping experience at Frondly was fantastic. Chad was so kind, informative, and patient with my endless questions about various plants. I finally decided on an extra large Audrey Ficus and I am so in love with it. Chad delivered it in excellent condition and beautifully repotted. I highly recommend shopping with Frondly, whether new to plant ownership (like me) or well seasoned.

This is one of my favorite plant shops, offering a wonderful selection of beautifully designed pots. The store is filled with greenery and plants displayed in a way that makes you feel welcome the moment you step inside. I also really like the humorous phrase "Welcome Plant Killer" written on the storefront — it adds a charming touch of personality.
On my recent visit, I found a pot from the brand Kanso that I had been looking for. However, when I picked it up from the shelf, I noticed that there was soil inside, as if it had been used for display. Since I was expecting to purchase a brand-new item, I felt a little surprised and slightly disappointed. When I brought it to the register, the staff didn’t seem to notice or mention the soil, so I politely asked if they could clean it for me. They kindly emptied and dusted it off without hesitation, which I appreciated. Still, as honest feedback, it would have felt even better if the staff had noticed this themselves and offered to clean it before handing it to me.
Before visiting the shop, I had checked the online stock and saw that there were two pots available, so part of me was hoping that the staff might offer to bring out a fresh one from the back. That small consideration would have made the experience even more special.
That being said, I truly love this store and its atmosphere, and this small experience hasn’t changed my fondness for it. I’m looking forward to visiting again and to seeing more of the beautiful plants and pots they have to offer. I’d still happily recommend this shop to my friends.
